I love Jo’s Coffee! I’ve been to most of their locations, and the staff is always nice and welcoming. It’s just a great place to hang out. The atmosphere at the downtown location is awesome, but I really like the A/C at this one. Being indoors, staying cool, and having a comfortable place to work on my computer makes this location a favorite for me. ☕️💻

Super disappointed in what Jo’s has become. Brought my wife here after not coming for a few years to try the new drinks. We ordered the funky monkey and a sandwich. The sandwich was prepackaged and $11.00, which is a crazy price for something not made in house (it’s the same brand you get at the airport in Austin). The drink was flavorless and tasted nothing like the description on the menu. The girl who handed us our order was nice, but the price is not justifiable considering the quality of what we ordered. So disappointing, will never come back since there are so many other options in Austin.

We went through the drive thru today and have been to this location many times and had good experiences and amazing drinks. My fiance loves trying the specials every season. Today we ordered a funky monkey iced latte and the honey bee latte. When we arrived at the window the worker appeared annoyed when I asked for soft top on the honey bee latte. We shortly received our drinks and the funky money came in a small. When I politely asked if I had ordered this in a large she took it back and seconds later handed us the large. The coffee was absolutely disgusting and had no flavor as mentioned in the description. It’s almost like she took the small and placed it into a large cup and added more espresso and milk with none of the syrups. If we had not been going to an appointment I would’ve stopped and gotten a refund. Sad we won’t be back to this location.

This is a nice place to get a mediocre cup of coffee. Honestly the service was great, and the place seems clean and cheery, but the coffee was just so-so. My wife got a cappuccino and I got a latte. My wife thought the coffee and the milk didn’t seem blended very well my latte was smooth, but if I’m honest, no better or worse than any other coffee shop in town. Jo’s is a fast, casual, coffee spot. They have a nice selection of lattes, pastries, and tacos. Some of my favourites are the sweet pecan latte & bean and cheese tacos. Pastries are okay- not the best. They have free wifi and outdoor seating. Good place for remote work.
